Before submitting a support request to OZentries please ensure:

  1. You have read all the appropriate help & instruction pages as in many circumstances your issues can be resolved by reference to these instructions.
  2. If you have read and followed these instructions then your next step should be to refer to our Support Knowledge Base pages as a resolution to your problem may already be listed there.

If you still cannot resolve your problem then please click to send an email to OZentries support fully explaining yor issue along with your name, DOGS NSW membership number and the registration number of any dog records that are related to the issue. Please note that without this information we are unable to resolve your issue and your email may not be responded to. If sending a show schedule or other document simply attach it to the email.
